Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of proven experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and hiring for software engineering roles.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive, results-driven, and network-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
