• 💼 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• 📝 Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• 🤝 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• 📊 Experience with ATS/HR systems and recruitment tools
• 💡 Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies for various roles and levels
• ✉️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 🌐 Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams
