Sourcing suitable profiles from Ceipal, Monster, Dice USA job portals & LinkedIn
Screening profiles according to the client's technical job specifications & skills.
Understanding and Managing the stages of the recruitment cycle through calls, emails & follow-ups.
Coordinating with the candidates, starting from interview schedules till on-boarding/joining the end client worksite
Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and understanding of the customer-facing environment.
Client Account Management and the ability to communicate effectively and interface with all levels.
A strong team player, fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactive & positive.
