Looking for Sr US Pharma Recruiters (100% Remote).

Experience - 5+ Years in US Staffing Industry and min 3+ yrs experience in US Pharma, Life sciences or biotech industries with stable profile of at least 2yrs in same company.

Strong understanding of US work authorizations (e.g., H1B, EAD, GC, USC), tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

Experience working with direct clients and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Vendor Management System (VMS) clients.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree is a must.

Shift: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Must have Laptop/Desktop and broadband of their own.
