What You’ll Do:
🔹 Source top U.S.-based talent for technical & business ops roles
🔹 Partner with recruiters & hiring managers to align hiring needs
🔹 Track and report on sourcing metrics to improve performance
What You Bring:
✅ 1–3 years of sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
✅ Strong understanding of US Tax Terms, Work Visas, and Geography
✅ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
✅ A sharp eye for talent, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
