Candidates must have experience in the IT Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
You are responsible for team building, recruiting, handling of IT recruiters and their target achievements.
Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
Responsible for permanent / contract staffing term negotiations, agreements successful on boarding of the client with smooth deliverable to achieve revenue targets.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort .Maintain existing business
Plan strategically to assure project success
Lead generation of potential clients having hiring requirements in different industrial segments other than IT and closing the deal
Should have established contact with top management in different organizations
