Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals from various job portals and professional networks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (Contract or Permanent Staffing).
Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
