3) Utilize various recruitment channels, ATS tools, and analytics for efficient hiring.
4) Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
5) Contribute to continuous process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience of 5–7 years in recruitment (IT and Non-IT domains).
2) Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
3) Excellent command of sourcing platforms, recruitment metrics, and market insights.
