US IT Recruiter for 100% remote (Delhi NCR Candidate only)
DGN Technologies is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter for 100% remote to join our growing team.
✅ Interview Process: 2 Rounds of interviews. Second round: In-Person meeting in Delhi on 11th or 12th Oct.
✅ Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment
✅ Prior experience working with Implementation Partners / System Integrator clients is a must
✅ Proven experience in Engineering/ Medical Devices Non IT roles is preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing process, sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle.
✅ Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster, Corp-to-Corp.
✅ Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
✅ Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
