Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
Sourced and screened top IT talent across various technologies.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Handle negotiations and pre-employment checks.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong skills in ATS, recruitment tools & data-driven hiring.
