✔ 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✔ Proven ability to source and engage top talent in the international market
✔ Experience in Non-IT recruitment is a plus
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms & sourcing strategies
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
