About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing IT consultants (Bench candidates) and placing them with direct clients, vendors, or implementation partners in the US job market.
Responsibilities:
Market Bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens) to direct clients and vendors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners
Source job requirements from job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and employment agreements
Work on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 contract models
Maintain a database of active Bench consultants and track submissions
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
Stay updated on market trends and visa regulations
Requirements:
✅ 1-5+ years of experience in Bench Sales/US IT Staffing
✅ Strong network of Tier 1 vendors and direct clients
✅ Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
✅ Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
