Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 2-4years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
✅ Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and hiring methodologies.
✅ Experience working on Niche, Mid & Senior-level IT positions.
✅ Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
✅ Good understanding of technical skills, terminologies, and IT roles.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
