This remote role is for individuals who have a strong track record in recruiting top-tier IT professionals within the US market. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates to meet our client's technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various technologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles (software engineers, network specialists, cybersecurity professionals, etc.).
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Use various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT
Recruiter with a proven track record of successful placements within the US market.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and various technical roles, including software development, systems administration, cybersecurity, and network engineering.
- Experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles.
- Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends and tools in the IT space.
