✔ Building Talent Pipelines for future hiring needs
✔ Maintaining Recruitment Databases and reports
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
🔹 Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills
