To make good submissions you need to follow some proper procedure
  • Work on portals like Indeed, Dice, Monster, Career Builder Etc 
  • Choose the right requirements which matches to the resume 
  • Work on Direct vendor portals like Teksystems, Judge, Experis, NTTdata Etc
  • Work on Linkedin by making good connections with vendors
  • String Search in Linkedin will give right results and requirements
  • String search in Dice for right requirements to match the resume
  • Follow up with the previous vendors 
  • Follow up with the Vendors by making calls or emails
  • Backup mails of vendors which doesn't worked out in the Present and past so that you can follow up in future to check for right requirements.
  •  Make good relationship with vendors
  • Send suitable resume to white vendors or Prime vendors.
