The selected candidate is responsible for performing software solution development, day-to-day
configuration, maintenance and support activities that enable the Operations Center (SOC) and
their IT Service Provider Partners to practice performance and availability monitoring and practicing
of the Event Management process. The SOC Developer will need to be familiar with various technical
domains (IT infrastructure and enterprise web applications) so service health and business impacts of
service degradations can be determined.

The selected candidate will work under the direction of a technical team lead and work with a
Solutions Architect to ensure that these technologies are both fit for purpose and fit for use across
the IT domain.
* Experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management or other relevant performance and

* Experience with the BMC ITSM Suite (Change, Incident, Knowledge, CMDB and/or Problem
