Description:
My client just outside of Madison is looking to hire 2 Senior .NET Developers ASAP and 1-2 Senior .NET Developers to start in May. My client is working on a critical project and uses ASP.NET, C# and MVC.

Primary duties:
§ Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and other IS staff to prepare detailed program specifications and documentation for new or modified information systems and/or application software programs
§ Coordinate successful system installations
§ Perform application analysis, design, coding and other complex programming tasks from general project requirements.
§ Provide day-to-day applications and administrative support for a wide range of applications and systems
§ Communicate issues, enhancements and implementations to end users and other impacted parties in a timely manner
§ Keep abreast of current technology, trends and developments within the healthcare/health insurance industry
Job Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
§ Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
§ 6+ years of professional technical experience. Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following: Web Development, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, Java Script, jQuery, SQL, Multi-tier development, Object Oriented Design, and CSS
§ Strong analytical skills and ability to do complex problem solving
§ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in business and technical language, to other IT and business associates.
§ Ability to set priorities and adhere to time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
