🚀 About the Role
We’re hiring a full-cycle recruiter to partner directly with our founders and senior leadership. You’ll source, screen, close, and onboard the engineers, operators, and go-to-market leaders who will shape the future of Mercor.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Run the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and interviews to offer close.
- Collaborate with founders to forecast needs and define scorecards.
- Build structured interview processes and hiring rubrics.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier global talent.
- Track KPIs like pass-through rates, diversity metrics & time-to-hire.
👀 We’re Looking For
* 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech startups or top search firms.
* Proven success hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Strong sense of urgency and startup mindset.
