We are seeking a Freelance US IT Recruiter to join our team! This is an India remote position to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

**Qualifications:**
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT talent acquisition.
2. Need to have modern laptop and high-speed internet connection.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with online job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Comprehensive understanding of US IT contract types, including W2, C2C, 1099, and FTE.
5. Familiarity with US work authorization statuses such as H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.
6. Exceptional communication skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results.
