What You’ll Be Doing
•Own end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions
•Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team culture
•Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing strategies
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
•Use data to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve the process
Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and contribute to hiring best practices

What We’re Looking For
•7–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
•A proven ability to hire top talent across multiple roles and levels
•Stellar communication and stakeholder management skills
•Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
•Strategic mindset + execution excellence
