We’re expanding our team and looking for a US IT Recruiter to join us!
Location: Hyderabad (Remote initially)
Shift: Night shifts
Experience: Mid level experienced candidates
What you’ll do:
🔹 Source, screen, and engage IT professionals across the US market
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
🔹 Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media & networking
🔹 Work closely with hiring managers to meet client requirements
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in US IT Recruitment (C2C, W2, 1099)
✔️ Strong knowledge of job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
