Role: Technical Recruiter
Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Budget : Based Upon Experience
Preferred: Male Candidates Only
Productivity-Focused: Must be able to dedicate full-time attention and deliver consistent results.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Work on multiple requirements with speed and accuracy
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment (agency/RPO preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Own laptop & good internet connection required
