Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for non-IT engineering roles across the US market
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates with relevant engineering backgrounds
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and communication skills
Maintain records, update trackers, and contribute to best practices for team productivity Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Positive attitude and high energy levels
2–5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruiting
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools and recruiting techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
