Job Description
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving full-cycle hiring for global regions, including Americas, Europe, and APAC. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing end-to-end recruitment services for full-time/ permanent roles across multiple geographies.
• Collaborating closely with client recruiters to understand and prioritise job requirements.
• Screening profiles, evaluating candidate fitment, and managing interview coordination & feedback cycles.
• Leveraging job portals, internal databases, and online search engines to identify top talent.
• Conducting phone screenings and submitting qualified profiles to panelists within timelines.
• Coordinating face-to-face and telephonic interview sessions, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
• Partnering with internal team members to execute all post-interview processes efficiently.
• Building and maintaining a strong resume database for quick hiring turnarounds.
• Innovating new recruitment techniques for faster and better-quality sourcing.
