🔹 Role: HR Recruiter
🔹 Location: Remote (Work From Home)
🔹 Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
🔹 Experience Required: 0.6 – 2 years (or relevant experience in recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly.
Understand job requirements clearly and identify the right talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements at once.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently while working remotely.
