Job Description (Simple & Clear):
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions with our US clients.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for various IT roles.
Maintain daily/weekly reports and ensure timely updates.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Understanding of US recruitment process, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Ability to work during US business hours.
Experience in IT staffing preferred.
