What You’ll Do:
✨ Source and screen candidates for IT requirements across contract, C2H, and full-time roles.
✨ Work with job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build pipelines.
✨ Understand and work with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & visa types.
✨ Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
✔️ Target-driven with ability to handle multiple requirements.
✔️ Team player with a passion for talent acquisition.
