Global Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (India) | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies.
Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, social media, and other databases.
Make high-volume cold calls and confidently engage with candidates across regions.
Utilize advanced search methods (e.g., Boolean search) to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Manage the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for open roles.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Domestic and Global IT/Non-IT Recruiter (in-house or staffing).
At least 3 years of experience working with international clients.
Excellent cold calling skills – confident, persuasive, and proactive in reaching out to passive candidates.
Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Proven ability to build effective and trust-based professional relationships.
