Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of top IT talent across various roles. This position is fully remote and requires excellent communication, sourcing strategies, and familiarity with tech roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.)
Screen resumes and applications based on technical requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates qualifications, interest, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track all stages of the hiring process using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in IT hiring and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Full Stack, etc.).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with remote hiring tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Time-management and organizational skills.
Experience using ATS like Zoho Recruit, Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse.
