We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and should be comfortable working in US time zones.

Requirements
✅ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
✅ Strong understanding of US hiring practices, compliance, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
