Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift (EST/CST/PST)
Experience Required: 0.6 – 4  years


Job Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for various IT roles (W2, C2C, 1099).
Work on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Develop pipelines of active and passive candidates using Boolean search and social recruiting.
Conduct initial phone screens and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Maintain documentation and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Work closely with Account Managers or Clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent.


Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not always required).
1-5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in US time zones (Night shift for offshore recruiters).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.


Preferred Skills:
Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
Technical knowledge to understand job descriptions and assess candidate qualifications.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.


Nice to Have:
Prior experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Exposure to different industries like Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
