Job Title: Senior Non-IT Recruiter | Experience Required: 5+ Years | Location: Remote


About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries, with proven expertise in stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and closure).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
Track recruitment metrics and provide timely reports to management.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions across domains.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or other non-IT industries.
