🔍 Role: IT Recruiter🗓 Experience: 2–4 Years
📍 Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere!)
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles
Source and engage top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology
Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
