1.Source talent via job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms
2.Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
3.Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database
4.Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
🎓 What You Bring:
1.A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
2.Strong communication & people skills
3.A self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
4.Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed is a plus!
