What You’ll Do:
Handle end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding
Source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews
Partner with hiring managers to fill contract and full-time tech roles
Work across multiple time zones with flexibility
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in technicalrecruitment
Mandatory experience in contract hiring (IT/Tech preferred)
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in remote hiring is a plus
Candidates from NewDelhi NCR preferred
