Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts and recruitment delivery
Conduct in-person meetings and build lasting partnerships
Lead end-to-end hiring for senior/leadership-level IT roles
Ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery in a dynamic environment
Key Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in leadership hiring (IT – Domestic Hiring)
Experience in an agency setup or recruitment consulting firm preferred
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong stakeholder management and delivery orientation
