We’re looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
📍 Location: Remote (India)
🕓 Experience: 4–8 years
What we’re looking for:
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong experience with IT hiring (Contract & Perm)
✅ Good market knowledge of Dallas and/or Charlotte regions
✅ Energetic, passionate, and self-driven personality
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup (CST Shift)
✅ Preference will be given to the Candidates who has strong employment stability, ideally having a minimum tenure of 2–3 years with each organization they have worked or are currently working with.
