What we’re looking for:
🔹 Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (internal hiring focus)
🔹 Prior experience working with a US-based staffing company is mandatory
🔹 Must be focused purely on recruitment - HR operations or generalist experience will not be considered
🔹 Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
🕒 Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
🌎 Location: 100% Remote (India)
