Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter (W2) —one of the leading IT staffing and services companies in the US. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including working through MSP/VMS systems and placing candidates on W2 employment.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) for W2 IT positions.
Source candidates from multiple job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
Screen and submit qualified candidates for roles released MSP/VMS portals.
Work closely with account managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Negotiate W2 rates and terms with candidates in line with client budgets.
Maintain real-time data in ATS/CRM systems.
Build a bench of active and passive W2 candidates
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific onboarding requirements.


Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on W2 hiring.

Strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage high-volume requisitions.
Proficiency with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar.
Flexible to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST).


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Prior experience with other MSPs like TAPFIN, PRO Unlimited, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.
