We’re looking for a dynamic and self-driven Recruiter with 6 months to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment — both IT and Non-IT roles.🔍 Role: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

💰 Budget: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience)

✨ What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work on a mix of IT and Non-IT positions across different domains.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and managers.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment is a must.
Hands-on with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability will be given top priority.
