We're hiring a Technical Recruiter & IT Recruiter!
* Job Title: Technical Recruiter & IT Recruiter (For Various Geographies]
* Experience: 2+ years of Experience
* Location: Anywhere in India (Hybrid or Remote)
* Shift Timings: Based on Geography/Region
* Salary: As per market Standard
* Must have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the requested Region.
Must have hiring experience in the following Geography!
• UK
• India
• Eastern Europe & Europe Core
• Australia
• Eastern Slovakia / Romania, etc.
• USA
Skills Required:
1. Utilize various sourcing strategies (online platforms, social media, job boards, networking events) to identify potential candidates for Technical and IT roles.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter/IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the recruitment market.
3. Screen and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and work eligibility under Various regional immigration and work permit regulations.
4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
5. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, and social media recruitment.
6. Experience recruiting for niche technical/IT roles.
7. Strong Negotiating Skills with Go go-getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.
8. Build a database of candidates with the relevant information (Name, contact info, skill sets, education, experience etc.) regularly and share that with the internal supervisor.
