✨ What you’ll be doing:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level Non-IT roles
✅ Sourcing through portals, LinkedIn & networks
✅ Screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
✅ Working directly with clients on their hiring needs
✅ Building pipelines & partnerships that last
🔍 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years in Non-IT recruitment (60%) & IT (40%)
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management
