Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver top-quality candidates.
Source candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate database using ATS tools.
Negotiate rates and ensure candidate availability for interviews.
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US Visa classifications (W2, 1099, C2C).
Experience working in US time zones (EST/PST).
Familiarity with various ATS and job boards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
