At Experia Technologies, we're growing — and we're looking for a Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our remote team and drive full-cycle hiring for high-impact roles across software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and more.
πŸ” What You’ll Do:
✔ Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding
✔ Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier IT talent
✔ Partner directly with clients to understand technical hiring needs
✔ Contribute to business development and client growth
✔ Design sourcing strategies aligned with market trends
✔ Represent our brand with professionalism and purpose
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
✔ Deep understanding of technical roles and hiring markets
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search
✔ Business-savvy mindset with a passion for people and growth
Preferred but not required:
🌟 Prior staffing agency or client-facing recruiting experience
🌟 HR/recruiting certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, etc.)
🌟 A track record in helping drive business development
