Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishMust have experience in negotiating rates and finalizing salaries of W2/C2C with U.S.Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.Review and format resumes of bench candidates, market their resumes and negotiate rates.Frequent interaction with bench consultants identifying their needs and placing them on projects.Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder and, social networking sites etc.Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.Should have good knowledge on SDLC and good understanding of quality process.Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing salary.
