Title: IT Recruiter/Client Coordinator
Location: Jacksonville,FL
Duration: Full Time

We are looking for a highly-motivated IT Recruiter and Client Coordinator who will work with some of our commercial and government clients and their related contracts in our Jacksonville office.

Responsibilities
-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, as well as by meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs
-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, internet sites, and more; makes presentations and maintains rapport with entities
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and by using newsgroups and job sites
-Determines applicant qualifications through interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
-Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicants to interviews; and arranging community tours
-Manages new employee relocation by determining a new employee's requirements, negotiating with movers, arranging temporary housing, and providing community introductions
-Improves business appeal by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and by emphasizing benefits
-Manages intern program by conducting orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, monitoring intern contributions, providing coaching, and advising managers on best training practices
-Avoids legal obstacles by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training
-Remains up-to-date in job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal and professional networks, and participating in professional organizations
-Accomplishes HR and company goals by completing other tasks as needed

Requirements:
-College degree
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Social, out-going personality
-Experience with interviewing and recruiting
-Knowledge of IT jargon and technological trends
-Exercises excellent judgment when selecting candidates
-Supports diversity in the workplace
-Professional and results-driven
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Ability to stay highly-motivated
-Maintains organization and effective time-management skills
-Experience in employment laws and project management
