🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Source & screen candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Communicate with clients to understand job requirements
• Conduct technical phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and submissions
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, tax terms, and visa types
👩💻 Who Should Apply:
✅ Freshers – Great communicators with a willingness to learn and work US hours
✅ Experienced Recruiters (4+ years) – Proven success with job portals, ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal), and vendor/client management
🧠 Skills We Value:
