Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Telecom Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing telecom professionals across various domains, including networking, RF engineering, OSS/BSS, telecom infrastructure, and managed services. This role requires strong understanding of telecom technologies and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for telecom roles such as Network Engineers, RF Engineers, NOC Engineers, OSS/BSS Consultants, Field Technicians, and Program Managers.
Work on permanent, contract, and project-based hiring for telecom clients.
Screen candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
Collaborate with account managers, delivery teams, and clients to understand role requirements and timelines.
Maintain candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Build a strong network of telecom professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, forums, and events.
Stay updated on telecom trends, technologies (5G, SDN, MPLS, OTN, IP/MPLS, etc.), and talent availability in the market.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of experience in telecom or technical recruitment
Strong knowledge of telecom job roles, terminology, and career paths
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, or internal databases
Good understanding of networking technologies (e.g., BGP, MPLS, LTE/5G, Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Huawei) is a plus
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting for telecom clients (e.g., Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco)
Experience working with VMS/MSP systems
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
