Job Description:We are looking for a Freelance US IT to help us find and hire skilled IT professionals for US-based clients. You should have experience in IT, understanding of US hiring terms, and the ability to work during US time zones.
Responsibilities:
Search and screen IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Match candidates to job openings based on skills and experience.
Handle the full hiring process, including interviews and salary negotiations.
Work with clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and job progress.
Requirements:
Experience in US IT recruitment.
Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, Green Card, etc.).
Familiarity with IT tools and technologies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work during US time zones.
